Whenever a corporate desires some change within their existing by-laws or regulations, a formal process, know as a corporate resolution must be adopted by the Board of Directors the authorizes management to take action. Most states require the filing of corporate resolutions with the appropriate regulatory body. These resolutions can vary greatly in terms of topics. They can be used to create mergers or fire employees, issue stock or purchase equipment. Whatever the topic may be these resolutions are required to be kept and filed in most states.

Nevada State Corporate Network, NSCN, can draft your resolutions for you and file them with the correct governing agency. We will be sure to file the resolutions in such a way that is in compliance with your state. First of all, you should prepare the introductory content to be presented to NSCN, in which you should mention the exact date and time of the official meeting in which the resolution was passed, the nature of your business, the location of your corporation and above all, the legal name of the business.

You should also insert the name of corporation officer who has decided that the resolution is true and accurate to the best of his knowledge. Usually this person will be the business secretary.

The resolution should contain the exact and legal matter at hand that has been decided in the official meeting.

Although most of the states do not require the seal at the bottom of the corporate resolution, some do, and we know which states.

In 2001, we launched Nevada State Corporate Network, Inc. and a few years later Zapper Credit Solutions. We help our clients through the steps of correctly setting up their corporate entities and creating Business portfolios to maximize their potential for business credit. Most importantly, we help people separate establish themselves separately from their business. We assist businesses so that they become “Bankable” and “Credit-worthy”. We’re able to do it quite quickly too, we’re able to accomplish in a few months what would normally take many years to accomplish on your own. The banks love dealing with clients after they’ve been through our program, because we get them completely ready for funding.

Mr. Tenen,

I have had such a wonderful experience with Nevada State Corporate Network in getting our credibility on paper for all to see. I have had the American Express “corporate card” since 1983. We have established excellent credit with several suppliers. In the last 18 months, I have been in front and center of the banks tightening, mostly from the economy. We have been denied loans that in the past were no brainer loans. The banks have a complete different look on things and the way they conduct business. We have been told it is because of the regulators. We have been with the same bank for 10 years and this bank has a new president and a new outlook in the way they conduct business. This has forced us to check around and visit other banks. Also, we now need a couple more sources for credit cards rather than the American Express so our cash flow will be more flexible. I heard a commercial on Bloomberg radio which was informing me on how to get commercial credit established. I didn’t understand. When I called the woman explained the deal and checked with Mr. Tenen and I was informed we would be a great candidate for establishing commercial credit. Wow. Ok. So, Mr. Tenen contacted me and with his help we have had our suppliers report to Dun & Bradstreet. We have worked hard with email after email and phone calls, I am so proud to have a great credit score with Dun & Bradstreet. I truly don’t understand the importance of establishing commercial credit, but after seeing the results I am very impressed. Mr. Tenen had several things that were so very important that we needed to do to show our strength as a company. Sure, we have been around many years. Sure, we have always done right and paid our bills on time. Sure, we have unlimited credit with several vendors, but all of this doesn’t matter because this information did not appear anywhere. I am very impressed with the direction we are going and the results as of now and I feel these things Mr. Tenen has taught me are so important in business and I cannot believe since 1983 I haven’t ever thought of or heard of this. So, I take my hat off to Mr. Tenen and Nevada State Corporate Network for helping us not only get this important information to banks and others to review, but also to have applied for and have received credit cards for our company in the companies names. We are presently visiting with other banks and as they check our credit, I already know what they will find and I can stand tall and be proud as we have established business credit and in these times this is crucial for businesses to survive this economic meltdown. Thanks much!!! Please use my name and company in any and all advertising to get the truth out for the public to review.

I want to thank Nevada State Corporate Network for working with me to build my corporate credit profile! I was a bit skeptical when I made the first call. The program was explained to me and it made a lot of sense. When I signed on for the services I didn’t expect a lot. My expectations, based on other experiences, were that I would get the run around whenever I had questions and this would take much longer than promised. Jacob was assigned to help me and he surpassed my expectations!! Jacob always answered my questions and helped me with every step. I have completed this phase in a very timely way and more often than not Jacob was waiting on me to do my homework. I am very satisfied with the service and I definitely will refer my business associates to NSCN. I believe this decision will be the one that will take my company to the next level. Thank-you Jacob!

In the past 3 years, we have seen the surging trend of business credit all over the world. The 4th quarter of 2010 has seen a 83% increase on credit application offers over the 4th quarter of 2009 which is really a good sign. This point favors the idea that the current year of 2011 will see a huge growth of credit without compromising the quality of the service. The government is also helping in regulating the offers related to the personal credits and other application offers which are bound to boost the market in the year of 2011. No doubt, we at Nevada State Corporate Network will be ready and able to get vital business and personal credit for you. there are some items that are essential while building personal business credit.

Here are certain important points which must be followed positively to hold a good and robust business lineup for a long time: -

Although operation of businesses may not always rely on the business license, the current trends compel you to do so for huge benefits. Getting a license for your business is not a very costly affair and therefore, it is always suggested to get one so that you may not lose your earned credit and popularity in just a day. There is no need to offer your utility bill in place of the license.

While building business credit, owning a website is not a compulsory item. But, it should be kept in mind that a business website will help a lot in getting approved for the business credit. Even DnB lists your website name and quality into the credit file. There are few banks which will fund your business and will judge your credit records with the great consideration of the website and it will decide the credit value of your business. There is no shortcut to success. Having a website will not only help build your credit score but it will also build your reputation.

Have a land phone line. Consumers should call back to your company through the same phone line which has confirmed the contact with them. Hence it becomes quite compulsory to get an actual phone line. Especially for your credit business; credit companies look to see stability and a land line provides this. In fact, remote call forwarding and options like vumber.com will definitely serve your intended purpose. No doubt, these lines work to their merit but are not always favorable. A business phone line in actual shape will get easily registered to the list of 411, and consumers will naturally feel free to call back you.

Getting one of the most versatile and popular products of DnB is the must to enhance the credibility of your business credit. This is something which really matters in the long run when your personal files start to get declined if you just refuse to get into their deals. Doing the business over millions of dollars but investing some bucks for the product on the monthly basis will be definitely a risk for your credit business. So, just invest and see the credit image rising for your company for a long time.

On the other hand, you have to keep certain things in mind which must not be done while building the business credits.

You should not preferably use the UPS Box. People are busy in making the same mistakes time and over.

It is further suggested that the business credit company should not apply for more than 3 accounts in a week which will definitely play havoc with the reputation and growth of the company. It will lower the intelliscore and the Experian score too, at the same time. With constant enquiries, you will be standing in the court of allegations and doubts of false business line which is definitely not a good sign. Not falling in the deals of companies like DnB for new products will further block your personal files. Spend some time in framing the exact schedule to frame your credit network.

Some of these tips will certainly assist you in boosting your credit business for a long time. All these decisions are important when determining the pathway for your business. We suggest you call the experts at Nevada State Corporate Network to help you make the right decisions for your business. We are experts in corporate structure and will help you become successful. Call our experts at 1-800-324-5013 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.

Are you really willing to build a good and reliable business credit profile that worth value and increase revenues? If your answer is yes, then you must have a copy of this article that will clearly demonstrate to you the do’s and don’ts of credit building. Keep in mind the previous trends of credit that have stuck with the tight economy in the past 3 years, this year of 2011 is expected to reach new horizon in the same field. You will be quite astonished here that the 4th quarter of 2010 has registered a growth of 83% when we compare the credit of 4th quarter of 2009. In this way, it is greatly being expected that 2011 will pass every record and stats in the credit business field. The most beneficial point that needs mention here is that the government is also willing to regulate the sent out offers concerning the personal credits.

You must comply with certain factors which will help you in building your credit –

(i) Getting a Business License – While not required in all states, it is important that you get a business liscense, if you are really willing to improve the business climate in the future. No doubt, getting you business liscense, you will not incur huge loss to your wallet.

(ii) Getting a Website – DnB tries to list your website on the credit file and thus, it is customary for the company to create a website which may boast of your strategies and credibility to your industry. Although this is not a must in the line of business credit yet it becomes a compulsory requirement in getting the state approval. It will decide the actual worth of your credit company. Nevada State Corporate Network in partnership with Business Web Studios can help you create you website in a flash.

(iii) Getting a real phone line – It has often been seen that consumers wish to contact you for some reason and the facility of remote call forwarding in real sense does not serve the purpose. Many companies offer options for getting an actual phone line. This will definitely boost the credibility for the credit business. Also, your line will get registered in 411.

(iv) Purchasing of DnB products – Are you not believing it? If yes, then you should rethink on your strategy of building a good and authentic business credit. In order to get the credit for your business which is no doubt, getting harder and harder the company must opt for buying at least one of the DnB products per month. It will not affect your millions of revenues when you are investing only $39 for a month. Try to not risk your business and credit worth at the same time rather suck up all the available alternatives.

On the other hand, there are certain points which must not be followed at any cost –

(i) Using UPS Box – You should not use the UPS Box in any condition. It has been emphasized over and over but to our dismay, complaints and calls are retrieved from the same weak point.

(ii) Willing to get 3 accounts in one week – See, it can be easily understood in a way that getting 3 accounts in a week will automatically raise the eyebrows of companies like DnB that will give you a close look at your business and credit records which is not a favorable case. The Experian score will definitely get hurt although if this is not the possible case with the DnB score. Also, if you will not purchase the products which are new to the market, your personal files will het blocked. This will also reduce the intelliscore of your credit business. It is suggested here that time must be taken in enough amounts in order to build your business credit.

The above mentioned tricks that suggest you of your doings while creating the business credits in the competitive market are only a page of the book that will pave the way of your success in a much better way.

To Your Success,

March 17, 2009

To The President of Nevada State Corporate Network:

My name is Dr. Renee C. MacLeod and I have been a physician for over 11 years. As a family practice physician in the Los Angeles area I have thoroughly enjoyed my career thus far. As a 39 year old launching my second career I entered medical school with fierce determination and a touch of trepidation. I have never looked back and feel that I was born to be a doctor and I enjoy every day of my service.

We established our solo private practice medical office in 2002. Having no business training and lots of determination we hung our shingle and soon a steady stream of patients were filing in. Reimbursements for medical care can take up to 6 months to be realized so we secured a Small Business Association loan to cover operation expenses until our income stabilized. We became quite successful and exceeded our income projections in a short timeframe.

In 2008, we decided to completely restructure our business model with the goal of providing innovative concierge comprehensive healthcare to a limited number of patients. This would mean scaling back our patient base from 3500 to a potential 600 patients. We knew that we were making the right career move and would be available to provide the highest quality of healthcare, but an income drop was imminent. In preparation for this, we decided to establish and secure open lines of credit so that we could draw upon it should the need rise.

We heard an advertisement on the Michael Savage AM radio program for Nevada State Corporate Network and decided to give them a call and see what they could do for us. They stated that they would be in a position to help us with our financial goals and so we went ahead and started our professional relationship with Nevada State Corporate Network and our liaison Ian Tenen.

With Ian’s watchful guidance and weekly phone consultations, we were able to secure several lines of credit and have a firm nest egg for if and when the need arises. We would definitely recommend the services of Nevada State Corporate Network to our friends and colleagues.

The success with Ian and Nevada State Corporate Network compelled us to seek tax counseling with the company. After discussing our needs and reviewing our 2007 and 2008 tax filings, we decided that Nevada State Corporate Network’s CPA would be completing our 2009 personal and business taxes. We look forward to a continued successful track record between our business, Nevada State Corporate Network, and Ian Tenen.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.

Sincerely,

Dr. Renee C. Mac Leod, D.O. and Kevin M. MacLeod- medical office manager
