The following is a letter we received from one of our clients that we’d like to share with you.

People only tend to provide feedback when they have something to gripe about, at least in my experience on the internet that’s what I have observed. I want to rock the boat a little with a positive feedback that is unbiased… I was referred to NSCN by a friend who has used them in the past.

I was referred to work with Dana Wheeler in sales and she was nothing but exceptional. She knew the real estate business from an entity standpoint and was able to answer every one of my questions without hesitation. She provided so many possibilities that I would have never thought of otherwise.

I purchased a Nevada LLC (expedited) and a standard Corporation. Later, after further consideration, I ended up going with the Paralegal service, the Nominee service (after forgetting to file my own initial list of officers for the corp), and tax service. I have met with the Director of Paralegal Services on a weekly basis to go over what paperwork is necessary to substantiate a legal entity and how to form my operating agreement. All of my questions were answered again without hesitation. I have received nothing but good communication when sending emails or leaving voice messages.

I am about to go through with my first year tax service so I cannot comment on the end product at this time. I can however say that I have had several meetings with the CPA to discuss ways to legally create additional write offs and other strategies for “living the corporate lifestyle”. I was provided with templates and thorough instructions as to what is required for tax filing for each entity.
